When the sea and the beach lie at the end of the garden.

An architect-designed villa facing the sea

Fifteen minutes from Porto-Vecchio, this waterfront villa for sale in Pinarello overlooks the bay. It stands on 3,300 m² of grounds within an unspoilt pine forest. In addition, a private gate opens directly onto the beach. As a result, the turquoise water is just a few steps away beneath the pines. Moreover, the villa enjoys panoramic views over the islands and the Genoese tower.

Light-filled living spaces

The villa offers approximately 250 m² of pure white volumes. First, a vast gallery hall opens onto the living room below. Next, the fitted kitchen is arranged around a breakfast counter, with a scullery. It leads into a fully glazed dining room facing the sea. Indeed, the sliding doors disappear to extend the room onto the terrace. Meanwhile, the living room with fireplace forms the heart of the villa. Its double-height ceiling, crowned with skylights, opens onto a timber-decked patio. Finally, a second, more intimate sitting room completes the living areas.

Six bedrooms for family and friends

The sleeping quarters comprise six air-conditioned bedrooms. The family rooms easily accommodate double or twin beds. Furthermore, a dormitory bedroom has its own shower room. It opens directly onto the garden and the pine forest. In total, the villa offers one bathroom and four shower rooms.

Terraces, solarium and beach access

Outside, terraces unfold on several levels, all facing the bay. Under the pergola, the summer dining area invites long, relaxed meals. For its part, the elevated solarium offers 180° views over the sea. A pétanque court also faces the Genoese tower. Finally, the grounds are suitable for a swimming pool.
